Practising mindfulness with a variety of different aromas can improve our brain’s ability to recognise and remember various scents.
Taste
Mindful eating encourages focusing entirely on the experience of food, the taste, texture, and smell while eating slowly and savouring every bite. This practice not only enhances the sensory experience of food but can also improve taste sensitivity. By slowing down and paying attention to the sensory details of eating, the brain can better register and process taste.
